- Pickup must occur during operating hours:
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Customers must show an email confirmation at pickup, but the church will also maintain a list of orders.
9. Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if there is insufficient food or if the product is unavailable after purchase.
- Refunds for cancelled events will only be given if the event was set to occur at the church.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method, but transaction fees are not refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the event to bestellings@parow-panorama.co.za or at the church office.
10. User Conduct
- Zero tolerance policy: Immediate action will be taken for any violations.
- Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent purchases or misuse of payment systems.
